Aidan brings hands-on experience in residential development, operations, property management, leasing and customer service acquired from directly managing a mixed-use, super-prime portfolio in Marylebone in London.
Prior to joining GAA Aidan worked at Howard de Walden Estate, one of the premier estates in London with a super-prime portfolio in Marylebone, London. Aidan has redeveloped over 100 units in W1, achieving double digit yields while maintaining good relationships with customers.
Aidan graduated from Oxford Brookes with a First-Class Honours degree in Planning and Property Development and an award for the Highest Undergraduate Achiever. Aidan is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His final submission to RICS has been used as a training piece for future APC candidates.
Aidan has been a mentor for students at Oxford Brookes University, as well as an owner of a rural European music festival for the last 10 years. These experiences have given him a wider understanding for the environment and social impact in real estate.
