Melissa has over seven years in the industry with a background in investment lettings, property management and customer service. Prior to GAA, Melissa worked within the investment lettings and management team at Knight Frank the UK’s leading independent real estate consultancy. Within her role as Associate Partner Mobilisation Manager, she worked closely with a range of clients including large BTR developers, professional landlords and offshore trust structures. She held a varied role involving the onboarding of new clients, reporting to clients on property performance and mitigating client’s risk by ensuring tenancies adherence with the constant change of lettings legislation. 

Melissa has also worked at two Newcastle based agencies; Northwood Estate Agents and Bowson Estates, her roles encompassing operations support and a property management.

Melissa is a member of Propertymark and has completed the Propertymark level three and level four certificates in Residential Letting and Property Management. Melissa achieved a distinction in the level four qualification and was awarded high achiever prize in the Propertymark 2020/2021 awards. Melissa graduated from the University of Leeds with a first class degree in Sociology.
