Dominic has over 15 years in the real estate sector, focusing initially in commercial and then into residential. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

His areas of expertise include operational management, investment, development viability and Government Policy.

His operational experiences have been through Director level roles at Annington Homes, the US Multi-Family Housing business Atlas Residential, and the Build to Rent business PLATFORM_, delivering over 1,000 units across 7 locations in the UK.

He was formally a member of the Government’s ‘PRS Taskforce’, whose the remit was to help promote the Governments Build to Rent and Debt Guarantee initiatives and establish a formal 'institutional grade' investment asset class in residential.

His investment and development experiences came from employment at CBRE and originally Drivers Jonas.

He sits on the IPF Special Interest Group which focuses on residential investment, is a member of the BPF Build to Rent sub-committee, on the Board of the UKAA and Chair of the UKAA Research & Policy Committee.

Dominic has contributed to various research/paper commissions including the IPF Hurdles and IPF B2R Viability Paper, as well as to both ULI ‘Build to Rent’ Guides.

He become Chartered in 2005, having completed a MSc degree in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes prior to that a BA (Hons) degree in Geography at the University of Southampton.
