Over his working life Nick worked as an adviser and broker at Allsop LLP and CBRE. Most recently he was on the board as the Property Director of FTSE 250 Listed Grainger PLC the largest Listed residential Property Company in the UK.  Nick has been appointed to both National and Regional Review Boards/Task Forces to assist in policy making and is currently Co-Chair of the European Residential Council of the Urban land Institute having previously Founded and Chaired the UK Residential Council overseeing the publication of the Best Practise Design Guide for Build to Rent in the UK.

Ben is a Senior Advisor of GAA.  He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience as an investment and asset management specialist working in London and the UK regional commercial and mixed-use markets both as a principal and as a consultant.

He recently ran the Commercial Property team and FTSE100 Berkeley Group Plc with responsibility for maximising investment value across a portfolio of 65 mixed-use regeneration schemes with a developable commercial footprint of 2.5 million sq. ft. predominantly in London and the wider South East markets.

Bill Bateman

Bill brings 20+ years of institutional investment and operational experience to the table. He is co-founder and senior partner at Anabeya Capital, a real estate alternatives investment platform with a strong focus on housing, alternatives and responsible investment.  Prior to Anabeya Bill was Managing Director, Head of European & UK Housing for Nuveen, looking after multiple bed oriented platforms across the region.  Before joining Nuveen Bill worked at Round Hill Capital as MD, Head of Alternatives focusing on emerging housing strategies across Europe as well as innovation in the real estate sector via Round Hill Ventures.  He spent earlier years of his career at various investment firms and also co-founded a curated short stay marketplace, Oasis Collections.  Bill sits at the intersection of real estate, innovation and sustainability with core expertise in housing, bed oriented property technology, and responsible investing.
